We do not use processed chemical salt in any of our food so we have to blend our own butter.
This Danish base butter that is blended with natural rock salt has a beautiful texture, it is smooth & creamy yet holds its shape well. Extremely fragrant and buttery with a tint of natural salt that marks such difference. Goes perfectly well with our scones.
Portion & packaging: 10-12 pcs of flower shaped butter in different sizes to suit different appetite, so as to encourage zero waste. Pack in a small glass jar which is refundable at $0.50. Actual food cost is $5-$0.50 = $4.50.
