Seafood & Apple Wood Smoked bacon On Organic Farro Risotto
The lead is the broth. Simmered extensively with prawn heads, fish bones, seaweeds for a seafood sweet savory broth before adding in tomaotes, onions, cheese and other condiments to make a sauce for the risotto that is packed aside.
A giant sea prawn that is palm size, squid & Apple Wood Bacon(be warned that it is so tasty but keto fatty) are tossed with the grains and broth to make a super keto, low GI, healthy and delicious risotto.
Farro, usually neglected because it is pricey and difficult to cook, gives an amazing al dente bite when handled well. Farro is a highly nutritious, low GI grain which is a great source of fiber, iron, protein and magnesium, providing a lot of health benefits for the heart and brain.
Portion & packaging: packed in an oven-grade glass container which is refundable at $4. Sauce is packed in a separate jar that is refundable at $0.50. Actual food cost is $35 - $4.50 = $30.50.

To Serve : Bring the broth to a boil in a pot (the jar is not oven safe, unlike the container)then pour the risotto into the pot and stir in for 2 minutes. Microwave is an option but we do not use microwave in our home.
