A dip made with 9 fresh whole tomatoes, France Brie with truffle, Italy's aged parmesan, mozzarella, cheddar, cream cheese, oregano, spinach & honey baked ham. Simmered to perfection and poured into Aunty Sharon's 20cm perfectly baked  mozzarella-melt sourdough that is cut into petals like a flower ready to bloom for you. 

Family-sized for a hearty and healthy breakfast, appetiser, snacks or supper.

Freezer: 1 week 

Chiller: 1 day

Package: Wrapped in a giant baking sheet that is reusable when you warm it up.

To Serve: Thaw to room temperature, lift the top of the pre-cut sourdough, send both pieces into the oven to toast at 220 celsius for 15mins. Cover the bloom with its own pre-cut town and serve. No Microwave.
