Mom's fav! Gluten Free Rillette de pork Lasagne
My mom loves this dish which is part of our very popular French & Aussie Party, without the duck confit, serving the interest of gluten intolerants and vegetarians.
Australian potatoes are finely sliced to serve as the pasta, then laid with Australian cauliflowers, mushrooms, organic kale, spinach, sundried tomatoes, and our home made 100% iberico pork rillette. They are blanketed with our homemade sauce made with toufu, cheese, tomatoes then topped with super stretchy mozzarella , sounds great? Taste even better!

To Serve: When thawed, remove plastic cover of the container, put into toaster or oven to re-bake at 200 celsius for 15mins. Microwave is an option.
