Claire's recommendation: Honey Soya Glazed Japanese Beef
Seasoned overnight, the tender and juicy Okayama japanese beef absorbs the honey, miso, soya, wine and spices before being stir-fried with one whole japanese white onion and Australia leek. So delicious!
Best with: multigrain rice
Portion & packaging: 250g of thinly sliced Japanese beef with 1 whole Japanese white onion and Japanese/Australia leek in an oven-grade glass container which is refundable at $4. Actual food cost is $45-$4 = $41.

To Serve: When thawed, remove plastic cover of the container, put into toaster or oven to re-bake at 200 celsius for 10mins. Microwave is also an option although we do not use microwave in our home.
