Portion & Package: Always send to you chilled for optimal freshness, 8cm round shape. Min of 2 will be wrapped in brown baking paper to reuse for reheating. Min of 7 will be packed in a scone bag inlaid with a biodegradable white baking paper which can be reused to reheat too.
Best with: your favourite coffee, tea, ice cream, our homemade rock salt butter and scone cream.
Cempedak & Chia Seed : Some kids, like us, tend to shy away from this exotic flavour. Yet many who love it can't seem to get enough. It is a difficult flavour to do well and most expensive variant in our scones collection.
Dates and Banana: This is our first ever scone recipe. We usually hate dates, but somehow the premium fresh medjool dates from Jordan makes it tastes really really good and the taste of banana makes it even better.
Blueberries and dark chocolate: is a conventional combination and our version is such a blast. The blueberries blend extremely well with the bittersweet dark chocolate.
Gula Melaka and Coconut: Imported Gula Melaka with freshly grated coconut. We considered cutting back the gula melaka to reduce sweetness and cost, but decided against it. A little worthy indulgence.
