Aunty Sharon was a customer who has become our partner now. She is the first home chef that we are collaborating with and it was a breeze to work with her. We hope to collaborate with more who shares the belief that zero disposables is the way for their nutritious and delicious food.
To ensure zero disposables is declared with integrity, we requested that the bakes are transported in a reusable plactic box from Aunty Sharon's kitchen to StAUNCH and send to you in our scone bags if you order more than 2 or in a reusable baking paper if you order just one. Reusable, hygienic and pleasing. Go zero disposables!
Aunty Sharon's sourdough has the perfect thick, crispy crust and a just-right tangy but not too chewy dough that we love.
She makes small batches of 100% naturally leavened handmade sourdoughs through a slow fermentation over 36 hours. Using strictly unbleached flour, organic spelt, zero preservatives and zero additives. You may either order these 3 unique flavours from us or other flavours from Aunty Sharon @_pineconesnbasil.
Aunty Sharon and mom decided on the power of 3 super flavours with super nutritious ingredients that turn out super good.
1. Parmesan, Garlic & Herb
2. Cheddar & 3 seeds(Chia, Flax & Sesame)
3. Sundried Tomatoes, Oregano & Olives
Each is 350g, a perfect size for 3 pax.
Best with: Beef Bourguignon, Parmesan Garlic Chicken, Ceviche, butter & cream, even on its own!
Freezer: 2 weeks
Chiller: 3 days
To Serve: Entire loaf into the toaster or oven to re-bake at 180 celsius for 15mins. Slice to toast at 180 celsius for 5mins. No Microwave.
